Digital Media are Shareable and Persistent
We begin with a white robot inside a light blue circle, then we see the robot is part of the ‘Digital Literacy 101’ logo and the words ‘Digital Media Are Shareable and Persistent’ appearing below the logo. The video then shifts to different animated scenarios. First, we see a young lady standing against a bright green background holding a tablet. The animation zooms in, and we can see she is viewing a beauty blog on the device. Next, we see animated hands touching musical symbols and a brain image inside the tablet. Then we cut to a cartoon of a boy taking a photo with a phone of a girl holding a guitar. As the video continues, the tablet screen zooms in on the guitar player, then the camera zooms in to show the image on a phone screen. The video zooms back to the world and phones appear around it showing the same image. People are depicted using different digital devices, then black footprints appear on a purple screen and the robot appears. We see various digital icons, then close-ups of images that include computer storage, a monitor, and a laptop on a purple background. Next, we see an animated portrait of a young man morphing into an email and appearing on a monitor screen. A young man then takes a selfie with his smartphone. The video shifts to lines of binary code, and then shows people’s faces magnified inside magnifying glasses. The video ends with the white robot presenting the advice to ‘Be aware and be smart. Digital media smart’ on a green screen. Then the ‘Digital Literacy’ and ‘Media Smarts’ logos appear.
