Remind them that not every choice makes sense in every situation. Make sure it includes these items:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Take a second to listen to your body. Is your heart racing? Do you feel tense? You\u2019re probably feeling a \u201chot\u201d emotion and need to give yourself time to cool down before you make any decisions.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Remember that when you\u2019re online you can\u2019t always tell how someone else is feeling or whether they\u2019re joking or not.
