Happiness and its causes

The video begins with floating, colorful icons such as headphones, a flower, a light bulb, a house, and a family. “Happiness & its Causes” appears in the center of the screen in brown letters. A man in an army green shirt and red pants stands in front of a large background that says, “Happiness & its Causes” in large block letters. He gestures with his hands as he talks. A picture appears of a young boy in a white tank top petting a dog. The man continues to speak about choosing his career. The camera shows a blurred image of a man’s face. The man continues to speak on stage. He recalls his best friend passing away. The camera shows a young man in a suit and tie and smiling. The man on stage talks about his grief. The camera shows a man sitting with his head down. The camera shows a cloudy, dark blue sky. The man speaks about moving forward. A wooden sign in a tree says, “I am still learning. Michelangelo.” The speaker talks about living in the moment and being more determined to create. An image appears of a well-dressed man, from the waist up, standing behind a picket fence, made of money. The man on stage gestures to the audience. He shares that he has done volunteer work. The camera shows several people at a table together, and some standing behind it. The speaker talks about his documentary. The screen shows an image of a boat that says “Klinik Bergerak Malaysia.” Underneath, text reads “Gems of Baram River. Documentary.” Back on stage, the speaker tells more stories, and then the camera shows small children smiling and giving a thumbs up. The speaker shares how he bought a one-way ticket to Vietnam to travel. He shares his travels have been fulfilling. A collage of pictures of a plane window is shown. The man on stage continues to talk. The camera shows people sleeping in a row of chairs at an airport. The man on stage is speaking, and then pictures of landmarks are shown: the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and the temples of Cambodia. The man on stage says, “I am enough.” The camera shows a man sitting on a rock, watching the sunset. And then shows the Northern Lights. The man on stage ends his presentation, and the video returns to the floating colorful icons.
