Verify the Source

We start with a purple screen featuring the text ‘Verify the Source’ in bold white letters, next to a small gray magnifying glass symbol that has a website page beneath it with a green checkmark in the upper right corner. We then transition to an article from ‘The Indian Express,’ dated September 11, 2019, with the headline, ‘Pakistan govt accidentally turns ‘cat’ filter on during FB Live, leaves everyone in splits.’

A photo appears beneath that depicts two men seated with cat ears superimposed on their heads. Next, a Google search bar appears, in which ‘The Indian Express’ is being typed. Then we see a Wikipedia page of ‘The Indian Express,’ and the narrator explains that we should read a website’s Wikipedia page to see if they are real, which is noted with a black box covering the text that says “They are.”

The video then shows a section from the Wikipedia page where it states, ‘Founded 1932; 87 years ago,’ with the words “They Do” covering the same text in a black box.
