  • A commitment to non-partisanship (not favoring any group or political party) and fairness<\/li>\r\n \t
  • A commitment to standards and transparency of sources (showing the evidence behind a judgment)<\/li>\r\n \t
  • A commitment to transparency of funding and organization (where their money comes from)<\/li>\r\n \t
  • A commitment to open and honest corrections policy (posting corrections quickly and clearly when thy make a mistake<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\nTo look at a broader range of sources, do a search for the story with the word \u201choax\u201d or \u201cfake\u201d added.\r\n\r\nBecause anyone can call themselves a fact-checker, you need to double-check if your search leads to sources you don\u2019t already know are reliable. Find the Source for more info.\r\n\r\nRemember that just because a fact-checker hasn\u2019t debunked something doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s true.
