Six-Shot Storyboard Assignment

Now have students read Six-Shot Storyboard and distribute the storyboard template, then divide them into groups of two to four to complete their storyboard.

Students should develop their rough storyboard in class. Depending on the time and technology available you may choose to have them complete the good copy using the template or using storyboard software.

If you are ending the lesson here, have the groups share their finished storyboards with the class and have them explain how the choices they made in angle, distance and movement served to help tell the story.
